Specific Objectives

- To create a multi stakeholder network to find out successful approach for the e-learning content delivery in WRM.
- To supply learning contents according to the mismatches, shortages, gaps in skills discovered just-in-time.
- To consider the needs of specific target groups such as older workers (or unemployed) wishing to update their skills.
- To identify sources of learning content that could be easily re-proposed as learning objects for the target sectors.
- To develop original and innovative e-learning content for the WRM sector.
- To run the pilot courses in each country, track the learning progress of WRM workers involved in the project and increase their job performance or help them find an employment.
- To contribute to the recognition of non-formal and informal learning and foment transparency and transferability of skills in the WRM sector in EU through the adaptation of the accreditation methodology developed in E/03/B/PP-149018 in the specific field of e-learning.
